From the Outback....

So far on Eclectic Photography, I have posted only my photos. That changes today with a picture sent from my friend Gary in Coober Pedy Australia. It is summer in the Outback and as you can imagine, quite hot so yesterday I sent Gary a picture of the ice here. The photo above is one he sent back today of summer in Coober Pedy. CP is the opal mining capital of the world. Gary's home is underground in an old mine shaft....quite elegantly fixed up by the way. The only guy I know, I suppose, who blogs from underground.
